Before sending the equipment :

• Call our service centre - we will then give you an estimate of the repair costs
• Download, print and complete application form (in particular, first name, surname, contact telephone number and e-mail address)
• Describe any symptoms of failure
• If the device has been flooded, remove the battery from the device and pack it separately
• In any case, attach the charger currently in use to the device
• Pack the device in such a way that it does not move around inside during transport, preferably in the original box. We also suggest wrapping it in several layers of bubble wrap.
• For shipping laptops, it is advisable to choose a courier company that allows you to insure your parcel. Ask the courier company if they offer this option.

Upon receipt of the shipment, our service technicians:

• perform a full diagnostic check of the equipment,
• provide an accurate estimate of the repair costs (usually not exceeding the initial estimate)
• set a date for repair.

We will send the repaired equipment to you by cash on delivery (payment on delivery) to the address given on the service request form. This means that you pay for the repair when you collect the repaired equipment from the courier.
